Common questions
My reminder didn't fire
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → DoseTracker is allowed, that Focus/Do Not Disturb isn't silencing it, and that a reminder hour is set in the app (Settings → Notifications). Reminders are scheduled on-device, so keeping the app installed is required.
How do I change my dose or shot day?
Settings → Dose settings. Changing the schedule affects future reminders and how new cycles are counted; your history stays as logged.
Is my data backed up? What if I get a new phone?
Your logs sync anonymously to the cloud, so reinstalling on the same device restores them. Because there is no account, moving to a brand-new device cannot automatically restore your history yet — export a doctor report PDF first if you're switching phones, and see the privacy policy for how anonymous sync works.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes local data. "Reset onboarding" (Settings) starts the app fresh and disconnects the old anonymous record. For erasure of the cloud copy, email us and we'll delete it within 30 days — details in the privacy policy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DoseTracker. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app shows something that looks wrong
Summaries are computed from your logs — a stray entry (a shot logged on the wrong date, a duplicate weigh-in) is the usual culprit. Check the calendar view for the day in question; every entry can be edited or removed from its detail screen. Still looks wrong? Email us a screenshot.
